Ticonderoga. Edward A. Belden, 70, of Ticonderoga, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Heritage Commons Residential Healthcare of Ticonderoga. Born in Ticonderoga, July 22, 1943, he was the son of the late Edward E. and Beulah (Anderson) Belden. Mr. Belden was a lifelong resident of Ticonderoga. He was employed by International Paper Company and McDonald's Restaurant, both in Ticonderoga. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed his Tuesday night bowling league. He loved the New York Yankees. His greatest joy was his family and he loved teasing and playing with his children and grandchildren. He was predeceased by one son, Thad Belden. Survivors include his wife, Muriel "Liz" (Buckman) Belden; two sons, Christopher E. Belden, Sr. and his wife, Brandie of Whitehall and Mark W. Belden and his wife, Jody of Ticonderoga, one brother, William Belden of Queensbury; and one sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Coley of Ticonderoga. He is also survived by 9 other children, 28 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours for relatives and friends were held Wednesday, December 18, 2013, from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin St., Ticonderoga. A Funeral Service followed on Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles Bostridge, Pastor of the Cornerstone Alliance Church, officiated. Dewey E. O'Dell Jr., 76, of Burlington, CT, beloved husband of 51 years to Sandra Benedict O'Dell passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 14th. Born in Ticonderoga, NY, he was the son of the late Dewey and Elizabeth O'Dell Sr. Mr. O'Dell was a United States Army veteran, having served in Korea. He had worked at the International Paper Company, Holo-Krome Corp., Jacobs Mfg. and the US Postal Service. He had served as President of the UAW Local 379, and was VP of the NALC Branch 86. He was a past President of the LGIA, member of the Burlington Fire Department, Burlington Democratic Committee, and Burlington Historical Society. He was also a Justice of the Peace for the Town of Burlington. Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Timi Joy Huestis and husband Philip of Ticonderoga, NY, and Tiffany-Hope O'Dell of Charlotte, NC, his adored grandsons, Joshua and Dalton Huestis, his brother, Gordon O'Dell, sisters, Rosemary Smith, Hilda Hamel, and Joanne White and numerous nieces and nephews. Christopher William Covert, 78, of Scottsdale AZ and Essex NY died December 7th after a very brief illness. Born in Cleveland, OH to Seward A. and Jane Stockwell Covert, he graduated from Shaker Heights High School, Mercersburg Academy and Hamilton College then served in the United States Navy. He earned a M.A. from Case Western Reserve University. Chris' career was in education. He served as Dean of Admission at Hamilton College and later as Assistant Headmaster at Providence Country Day School before becoming an independent educational consultant, helping students find boarding schools and colleges. He was devoted to helping young people achieve their full potential. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Conover Covert, his children Chris, Liz, Margaret, Mike and Tom and eleven amazing grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Silver Bay - Patricia L. Cornell, 81, of Silver Bay and formerly of Floral Park, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Glens Falls Hospital. She was born April 20, 1932 in Plattsburgh, the daughter of the late Lyndon Raymond and Garnette Leslie (Osborne) Street. Pat was a graduate of Emporia State in Kansas, where she majored in music. She was a beloved music teacher, starting her teaching career in Kansas. She then moved to Long Island and for 25 years taught at Floral Park Memorial High School. Upon leaving, she went to Grace Day School in Massapequa before finishing her teaching career in Ticonderoga for 12 years. She was proud to have had 55 total years of teaching as well as having many individual students, teaching them her love of music. Pat formed the Ticonderoga Community Band, serving as its director for many years, she was a director and accompanist with the Champlain Valley Chorale, an active member of the Silver Bay YMCA, where she was instrumental in starting the Silver Bay Band Camp and she also served as director of the Silver Bay Chapel Choir for several years. Pat was also an accomplished violinist and played with the Lake George Chamber Orchestra. When she had some down time she enjoyed horseback riding, traveling and loved spending time with her family. They meant the world to her. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Barbara Kane and her step-son, John Cornell. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, David J. Cornell of Silver Bay; her sons, David (Jennifer) Wilde of Pennington, NJ and Michael (Tina) Wilde of Bayport; her daughter, Barbara (John) Terpening of Floral Park; her step-sons, Andrew (Linda) Cornell of East Northport, and Steven (Jeannette) Cornell of Floral Park; her niece, Kristaan (Eric) Jenkes, of Indianapolis, IN, her nephew, Scott (Beth) Kane, of Indianapolis, IN; her step daughter-in-law, Karla Fitzgerald, of Pawleys Island, SC and 10 grandchildren. Services will be held in the Silver Bay area and Floral Park at a later date. Francis Russell Murdock was taken by God, at his home in New Smyrna Beach, FL on December 8, 2013 after a lengthy illness. 1. He was born October 18, 1922 to Hobart and Mary Hill Murdock in South Schroon, NY Fran graduated from Schroon Lake Central School in 1939. He went to work for Western Electric Co. in Albany, NY until his enlistment in the U.S. Army early in 1942. He achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class, serving in the pacific theater during WW II and earned many awards and commendations including the Bronze Star. He was with General MacArthur when Tokyo surrendered. After his discharge he was appointed and proudly served as Game Protector with the New York State Conservation Dept., again receiving many letters of commendation. He was recalled to service during the Korean War and upon his discharge returned to work as Game Protector. In 1954 he went to work For Drake Lumber Company where he was General Manager until retirement. He was a founding partner in Schroon Lake Oil Corp., Exxon oil distributor and gas station. He married Rita LeGault Murray in 1963 and celebrated 50 years of marriage this past July. They retired to New Smyrna Beach, Fl in 1984. During the time he lived in the Adirondacks he was an avid hunter and fisherman and belonged to the Armdock Hunting Club, Newcomb, NY, where he was highly respected as a woodsman. Upon his retirement he spent his leisure time fishing and making fresh water fishing lures, which he donated to the Schroon Lake Fish and Game Club kid's fishing derby each year. He was a charter member in both the Schroon Lake Lions Club and the Schroon Lake Fish and Game Club. He was also a member of the American Legion and a past Exalted Ruler of the BPOE 1494. He belonged to the New Smyrna Beach Municipal Golf Club and was an excellent golfer. He was predeceased by his first wife Bette, his sister, Arlene Murdock, his brother, David Murdock and his stepson, Christopher Murray. He is survived by his wife, Rita Claire Murray Murdock; one sister, Lucille Roblee; one son, Bruce Murdock (Pamela); two step daughters, Gail Patricia Murray Beynon (Jeffrey), Kathyrn Theresa Murray Belles (Arthur); a daughter-in-law, Lutfiya Murray (Harun), fifteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. At his instructions services and internment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Salvation Army. ELEANOR TRUAX (NELLIE) MORISON

Eleanor Truax (Nellie) Morison, 75, died at home in Cornwall December 15th after a long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her two sons, her brother, and two sisters-in-law. Born in Winchester, Virginia, Nellie spent her early years in both New York City and her ancestral home, Welbourne, in Middleburg, Virginia, where she developed a life-long passion for animals. While she visited Welbourne every year, and her sons took her there this past Thanksgiving, she lived in Cornwall for the last forty-seven years. She especially enjoyed her view of the Green Mountains. Nellie graduated from the Chapin School in New York and Sweet Briar College in Virginia, excelling in academics and athletics at both places. She also spent a year at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She went on to earn a Master's Degree from Goucher College. After teaching in Munich, Germany, and Baltimore for several years, she worked in New York City in the education field. Upon coming to Middlebury, Nellie taught at Mary Hogan School. In 1982 she went to work for Middlebury College where she served for twenty-one years before retiring from the alumni office. She is survived by her sons T. Beal Jacobs, Jr., and Homes Morison Jacobs and his wife Megan and their children Jackson Morison Jacobs and Piper Brady Jacobs; and by her brothers Nathaniel Holmes Morison, III, and his wife Sherry, and George Harris Morison and his wife Hope, and their children and grandchildren; and her former husband Travis Beal Jacobs of Bridport, Vermont. She was predeceased by her parents Nathaniel Holmes Morison, Jr., and his wife Sarah Harris Morison. There will be a celebration of Nellie's life on Saturday, January 11 at Two Brothers Tavern. The family wishes to thank the members of her medical team that provided such wonderful care, and her many friends who were such a great support. Ticonderoga. Frances K. Brannock Newhall, 90, of Ticonderoga, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at the Glens Falls Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Hague, September 6, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Nellie (Maloney) May. Frances was a lifelong Hague and Ticonderoga resident, and a graduate of Hague Central School and Plattsburgh State College. She was an Elementary School Teacher, having taught in the Bolton Landing, Hague and Ticonderoga School Districts for many years. Mrs. Newhall was kind and pleasant to everyone and everyone she met would become her friend. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile. She was an avid New York Mets fan and bowler. She spent many enjoyable years bowling in the Wednesday night league. She was a charter member of the Ticonderoga Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Frances' greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Newhall was pre-deceased by her husbands, Kenneth C. Brannock and Winthrop Newhall. She was also pre-deceased by three brothers, Harry May, Bill May, and George May; and by three sisters, Bessie Smith, Lulu Corlew, and Laura May. Survivors include her three children, Keith W. Brannock and his wife, Nancy of Ticonderoga, Diane Marie Grunewald and her husband Fred of Jackson Heights, and Terry Brannock and his wife, Shari of Ticonderoga; three grandchildren, Terry Brannock II, Seth Brannock and his wife, Jamie, and Lori Mosher and her husband, Randy. She is also survived by three step-sons, Mike Newhall, Tom Newhall, and Jamie Newhall, and a very special step-daughter, Peggy Newhall Walraven. Calling hours for relatives and friends were held Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin St., Ticonderoga. A private burial followed. Cheektowaga - Moriah WHITFORD, Charles, 80 - Born March 7, 1933. Son of the late Perl and Harriet (Brown) Whitford, passed away quietly at Elderwood Nursing Home in Cheektowaga, NY on Dec. 9th, 2013. Beloved husband of Anna. Proud father of Donald (Cathy), William (Teresa) and Julie. Cherished grandfather of nine and great-grandfather of 3. Survived by much loved sister Addie, and sister-in-law Dorothy, along with many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Bernard and Betty, Harold R. and Marion, Leon, Karl, and Donald. Charlie will be remembered as an easygoing, compassionate man who adored his family and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was a gentle man and a gentleman. He proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He retired from Niagara Mohawk in Buffalo, NY after 35 years and returned with Anna to his family home in Moriah, NY to enjoy his retirement years. Charlie will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A funeral took place in Buffalo, NY on Dec. 13th, 2013. There will be a memorial service for Charlie in Moriah, NY and the burial will be in the South Moriah Cemetery at the family's convenience in the Spring. Schroon Lake, Paul D. Provoncha, 81, passed away Wednesday December 11, 2013 at the Albany Medical Center Hospital. Paul was born August 8, 1932 in Blue Ridge, NY, the son of the late Alvin (Lee) and Vera Ford Provoncha. Paul was predeceased by his son Paul R. Provoncha Sept. 16, 2011, and his infant brother Joseph. Paul was a graduate of Schroon Lake Central School. He was the Post Master at the Schroon Lake Post Office. He retired in 1992 after 25 years of service. Paul served from 1952 to 1956 in the United State Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Frances DeZalia Provoncha of Schroon Lake, his daughters Debra (Denis) Ford of Warrensburg, Mary (Steve) Neander of Clifton Park and Jennifer Provoncha of the Bronx, his daughter-in-law Heather Provoncha of Schroon Lake, his Grandchildren Andrew Ford of Warrensburg, Jessie (Christopher) Needham of Warrensburg and Paul N. Provoncha of Schroon Lake, His brother Alvin (Shirley) Provoncha of North Hudson and his sister Rita (John) Palmer of Schroon Lake, several brothers and sisters-in law and many nieces and nephews and cousins. A funeral mass was celebrated Saturday December 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Schroon Lake. Interment will take place in the Schroon River Catholic Cemetery. There were no visiting hours. The family suggests that memorials take the form of donations to the charity of one's choice.

Keeseville, NY. Raymond Jones, entered into eternal life on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at CVPH in Plattsburgh after a brief illness. He was born in Albany, NY on June 27, 1942 the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth Henderson Jones. He was educated in Albany Schools. Ray was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Vietnam as a Cook and combat engineer SPEC 5 with the 25th Infantry 65th Regiment. He was self employed as Auto body Repairman in Albany, until retiring. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and The Newtonville United Methodist Church. Ray's favorite hobby was his artwork, he was a sculpture and enjoyed sculpting birds, butterflies, sailboats and tigers, he also enjoyed painting. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a son Patrick Jones. Survivors include his wife Marygrace Ciarfello Jones whom he married on April 24, 1968, his children; Raymond W. (Katherine) Jones of Watervliet, NY, David Jones of Cohoes, Patricia (Michael) Villenuve of Nassau, NY, Susan (William) LeClair of Cohoes, NY, two brothers Charles Jones of South Carolina and Frank Jones of Corinth, his grandchildren; Nicole, Billy, Deborah, Whitney, Marybeth, Cassandra, Christopher and Abby, also nine great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, several sister and brother-in-laws, His cats Punk, Daisy and Whitey. A funeral was held Friday, December 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9 in Clifton Park. Calling hours were from 4-8 PM Thursday in the funeral home. Ticonderoga. Gladys M. Sage, 94, of Ticonderoga, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, peacefully, with family and her loyal friend, Lorie Ledger at her side, at Heritage Commons Residential Health Care of Ticonderoga. Born in Ticonderoga, October 1, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Hipolit and Tekla (Bocewwitz) Kolysko. Mrs. Sage was a lifelong Ticonderoga resident and a graduate of Ticonderoga High School. She was employed as a Secretary for American Graphite for 17 years, and then International Paper Co. of Ticonderoga for many years, until her retirement. Mrs. Sage loved gardening, bingo, sewing and crafts of all kinds. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Russell Sage; and also by three brothers, John Kolysko, Vincent Kolysko, and Anthony Kolysko; two sisters, Stella Kolysko and Mary Halaburda; and one grandson, David R. Woods. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Dave Woods of Ticonderoga; one sister, Helen Harpp of Crown Point, her granddaughter Heather Ciance and her husband, Shawn of New Hampshire; two great-grandchildren, Michael Ciance and Nicole Ciance; and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will take place in the Spring at the family plot of the First Congregational Church Cemetery of Crown Point. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home of Ticonderoga.

WESTPORT Mary T Jerdo, 83, of Wadhams, died Friday Dec 27, 2013, peacefully with her family by her side after a long illness. She was born August 25 1930, in Willsboro NY, the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth ((Carey) Sheehan. Mary was a homemaker who loved sewing for her girls and as the girls got into school, she enjoyed helping to chaperone many of the Westport Central School class trips. She also liked traveling with the senior citizens groups. She enjoyed quilting, knitting and crafts and was an avid reader and crossword puzzler. But most of all she loved her family, especially her grand children and great grandchildren. She was a communicant of St Philip Neri of Westport, NY. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert Jerdo of Wadhams, three daughters Louise Jerdo and companion Tim Quain of Dannemora, Carol and James Meaker of Elizabethtown, Nancy and Robert Marsh of Pine Az.; grandchildren and their spouses, Scott and Emily Brankman, Matthew Brankman and Emma Gibbs , Nathan and Erica Meaker, Lizbeth and Paul Darmetko, Robert Marsh, Dustin and Erin Marsh, Aimee and David Lopez, Karli Marsh, 11 great grandchildren, one sister Alice Johnson of Plattsburgh and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and one brother Thomas Sheehan. Thurman: John P. "Doc" Farrell, Jr., 67, a longtime resident of Thurman, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at his home. Born September 13, 1946 in New York City, he was the son of the late Jack and Mildred Farrell. John graduated from Suffern High School and SUNY Plattsburgh. He taught at Lake George High School for more than 30 year before retiring in 2001. As an educator, John inspired excellence in his students as shown by outstanding results on their Regents exams. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hiking and hunting, and was an active member of the Sciota Hunting Club. John's greatest passion was the historical and archaeological study of events associated with the French and Indian War. He was a founding member and trustee of Bateaux Below and a participant in numerous underwater archaeology projects, including the mapping of the 1758 Wiawaka Bateaux, the discovery and mapping of the 1758 Land Tortoise radeau shipwreck, as well as underwater archaeology projects in New Hampshire, Florida, and Rhode Island. He was a master ship modeler and many of his ship and shipwreck models have been displayed in museums, historical societies, and art galleries around the area including the Fort William Henry Museum and Restoration. John was a trustee of the French and Indian War Society, a former board member of Rogers Island Visitors Center, and former Vice President of the Adirondack Chapter of the New York State Archaeological Association. He worked with Bateaux Below in 1993 and 1994 to set up Lake George's Submerged Heritages Preserves, an underwater state park for scuba divers to visit historic shipwrecks; the first underwater park of its kind in the Empire State. He also assisted Pepe Productions and Bateaux Below in the production of two documentaries on Lake George shipwrecks. John was an archaeological digger and crew chief at Fort William Henry, Fort George, Fort Edward, the Glen Mitchell Hotel Site, Wiawaka Holiday House, and sites in Whitehall, NY, Maine, and Burren, Ireland. Recently, The French and Indian War Society unanimously adopted a resolution to recognize John for his many years of service to archaeology, local history, Fort William Henry, and the French and Indian War Society by renaming the Fort William Henry archaeology room currently exhibiting the "The Sunken Fleet of 1758", The John Farrell Archaeology Exhibit. He is survived by his son, John P. Farrell III (Tina), his granddaughters, Kaitlyn , Annaliese, and Katiana, all of Thurman; his twin brother, Joseph P. Farrell (Nancy) of Newtown, CT; a niece, Jennifer Farrell Gilbert (Josh); great-niece, Juniper of Seattle, WA; nephew, Stephen (Mizuho) Farrell of Mt. Kisco, NY; and his loving companion, Claire Griffith of Queensbury, NY. Friends may call on John's family from 11 am to 1 pm, Saturday, January 4, 2014, at Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg. A memorial service to celebrate his life will follow the visitation at 1 pm, Saturday at the funeral home with Sister Linda Hogan, officiating. Burial will take place privately, at the convenience of the family. John fought a long, courageous battle with cancer and this difficult time was gently eased by the extraordinary care and compassion of the staff of The Glens Falls Hospital Oncology floor, the C.R. Wood Cancer Center, Dr. Sponzo, Jean, and Trish, Dr. Cooper, the Warren County Public Health Nurses, Interim Healthcare, and most especially, Bonnie Cameron. North Hudson Arthur Wood Sr. met his eternal life on December 27, 2013. Arthur was born in Ticonderoga, New York and was the son of the late Harvest and Bertha Wood, brother of Edward Wood of Crown Point. He served in the Korean War. He enjoyed motorcycling with his wife, restoring cars and his family. Putnam: Ruth A. Eagan, 69, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at the Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, Vermont. She was born in Ticonderoga on December 31, 1943, the daughter of the late Julian F. and Lillian M. (Sawyer) Barber. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Timothy F. Eagan. She is survived by her children, Linda Leavens and her husband, Jim of Ticonderoga, Allen Wilbur and his wife, Marcinda of Clemons, Marianne Collins and her husband, Sean of Orwell, Vermont and Michael Wilbur and his wife, Susan of Putnam Station; two brothers, Frank Barber and his wife, Betty of Clemons and John Barber and his wife, Maryanne of Hadley and one sister, Patricia Fishlock and her companion, Pat of South Glens Falls. At Ruth's request, there will be no calling hours and services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Willsboro Evelyn Emma Gay, 91, a proud member of the "Gold Star Mothers" passed away Sunday, December 22nd at the Elizabethtown Community Hospital. She was born October 18th 1922 in Wadhams, New York the daughter of Elbert and Julia (swan) Howard. Evelyn was a member of the Gold Star Mothers with all five of her sons serving in the United States military. Three of her boys served in Vietnam, one in Korea, and one stateside. Her world was changed forever when her son Charlie was killed in Vietnam. She was the matriarch to a loving family who she cared for deeply, she enjoyed doing and displaying puzzles, reading, and doing needle work. She had a genuine love for animals, especially horses and her dog dutchy. In her final days the staff at Elizabethtown Community Hospital became part of her family with their excellent care and attention to her. She is survived by her daughter and son in law Eva and Donald Cross of Willsboro, one son and daughter in law, Otis and Jean Gay of Willsboro, one brother Elbert Howard of Elizabethtown, two sisters Bernice Urban of Mineville and Betty Christian of Elizabethtown, a daughter in law Jane Gay, 16 Grandchildren, 31 Great Grandchildren, 7 great - great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Robert Gay, four sons, Robert, Charlie, Raymond and Gordon, three sisters Florence, Beryl Jane, and Louise. Ticonderoga. Linda Kay Moore, 66, of Ticonderoga passed away peacefully on Christmas Day with her loving family by her side. Born in Ticonderoga, November 24, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Perry G. and Katherine A. (Farrelly) Clark. She married Edgar P. Moore, Sr. on March 22, 1975 in Port Henry. Linda began her working career as a secretary for the law firm of Dominick Viscardi. Through the years she held many other Secretarial positions within the Ticonderoga Community, including the Moses-Ludington Hospital Admissions and Billing Departments, North Country Council on Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Secretary to the Ticonderoga Assessor, Mountain Lakes Services, a Daycare Provider, and Secretary for the Ticonderoga Highway Department. She was a longtime Inspector for the Board of Elections. Prior to her retirement, she returned to the Law Office of Judge Viscardi. One of Linda's fondest memories was working on her family's chicken farm on Chilson Hill. She always spoke fondly of collecting, packaging and delivering the eggs to the surrounding communities. Her many interests included baking, knitting, crocheting, reading and taking bus tour trips all over the northeast with her husband, Ed. Linda was very proud of her Irish heritage. Linda was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church of Ticonderoga. She served as the Church Coordinator for the Tiny Tim Program for many years. She was the Chairperson for the Administrative Council and the United Methodist Women on both the District and Conference levels. She served on the membership committee, was a certified Lay Speaker for the Church, and served as the treasurer for the Church Thrift Shop. Linda was also active in the Ticonderoga Fire Department Women's Auxiliary for many years. Her most enjoyable moments were spending time with her family, especially her many grandchildren. Mom rarely missed a sporting event or school function in which her kids or grand-kids were involved. In addition to her parents, she was also pre-deceased by two brothers, Kevin Clark and Bill Clark, one uncle, Charles Farrelly, two aunts, Bess Mattison and Flossie Clark, her cousin, Connie Ross, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Rod and Ann Moore. Survivors include her husband, Edgar P. Moore, Sr.; seven children, Amy K. Catanzarita and her boyfriend, Mark Reynolds of Altona, NY, John Sharrow, Jr. of Ocala, FL, Nichlaus Moore and his wife, Anita of Peru, NY, Carmella DeLorme and her husband, Gary of Temecula, CA, Kevin P. Moore and his wife, Sofia of San Francisco, CA, Edgar P. Moore, Jr. and his wife, Cathy of Ticonderoga, and Abbey Marie Huber; thirteen grandchildren, Zachari, Nathan, Samantha, J.P., Gabriel, Ruby, Jayden, Kayla, Bryant, Kayden, another grandchild due in July 2014, Alycia and Kaitlyn; and two great-grandchildren; her aunts, Pearl Sharrow and Virginia Royer, her uncle, Sherry Clark, her niece, Heather Clark, her nephew, Travis Moore, her close cousins, Farrelly Ezzo, Bonnie Dunn and Jim Clark, and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Jerry O'Connor. She is also survived by her furry friends, Scrappy, Farrelly, Max, Liam, and Lily. Calling hours for relatives and friends were held Monday, December 30, 2013 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin St., Ticonderoga. A Funeral Service took place on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Ticonderoga with a reception following at the church. The Rev. Scott Tyler, Pastor, officiated. Interment will take place in the Spring at the family plot of the Chilson Community Cemetery. Linda had a huge heart and would do anything to help anyone in need. Elizabethtown Anne Pulsifer, 57, died Sunday January 5th 2014 at CVPH Medical center surrounded by her family. She was born on July 26th 1956 in Elizabethtown NY, the daughter of Barney and Rose Anna (LeClair) Mousseau. Anne is survived by her husband of 39 years Donald Pulsifer of Elizabethtown, one daughter and son in law Chrissy and Joe Olsen of Eutawville, SC, one son Donald Jr. of Lewis, her mother Rose Anna Mousseau of Elizabethtown, five brothers and sister in laws, Dan and Kristen Mousseau of Elizabethtown, Paul and Donna Mousseau of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Jeffery and Linda Mousseau of Summerville SC, Curtis and Holly Mousseau of Lewis, Eric and Jennifer Mousseau of Evansville IN, one sister and brother in law, Lori and Tom Wildey of Fairport NY, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father and one brother Donald Mousseau. She was known as "Auntie Anne" by her many nieces and nephews and was an avid gardener with a special love for her flower beds. She enjoyed spending time with her 10 grand dogs. She loved to see the sunrise on the beach and had a smile and laugh that will never be forgotten. Putnam Station. Susan Alice Huntington, 57, of Putnam Station and Dresden and most recently of Bakers Mills, NY, passed away unexpectedly, on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at the Glens Falls Hospital. Born June 10, 1956, in Ticonderoga, she was the daughter of Westil and Iola (Bason) Huntington. Susan was a resident of Putnam Station and Dresden for most of her life, and most recently of Bakers Mills. She was a graduate of Whitehall High School. She was employed for many years in the Food Service Department of the Moses-Ludington Hospital of Ticonderoga. She is survived by her six siblings, Jack Huntington and his wife, Shirley of Cambridge, Jane Kinne and her husband, Stan of Gilbertsville, NY, Jim Huntington and his wife, Shannon of Dresden, Priscilla Lane and her husband, Barry of Whitehall, Myrtle Scupien of Putnam Station, and Jeffrey Huntington and his wife, Silke of Dresden; fourteen nieces and nephews, and seventeen great-nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her good friend and companion, Ron Shook of Bakers Mills. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Ticonderoga. Karen (Warmuth) Kelly, 71, of Ticonderoga, NY, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2013 in Granite City, Illinois after a short, but courageous battle with cancer. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Karen moved with her family to Ticonderoga in 1970, where she and her husband raised their 5 children. She quickly fell in love with the Adirondacks and truly became an adopted daughter of the area. Karen was employed by Moses-Ludington Nursing Home, Moses-Ludington Hospital and finally, by International Paper Company, retiring in 2004 after 24 years of service. Education was very important to Karen. While raising her family and working full time, she attended and graduated from North Country Community College with a degree in Psychology. Mrs. Kelly was involved in the Ticonderoga community, being a past member of the Ticonderoga Emergency Squad, the First United Methodist Church Woman's Society, International Paper Company Papermakers Union and most recently, as a founding member of Riley's Wishes. Mrs. Kelly was an avid fan of the NY Giants and the Ticonderoga Sentinels. She loved following the Sentinel football, basketball and softball teams, as she loved to watch (and often, help to officiate) her children, then, her grandchildren play. She is survived by her five children; Nancey McAuley and her husband, Kevin of Rutherford, NJ; Patrick and his wife, Arlene of Witherbee, NY, Charles Jr. and his wife, Karen of Hudson Falls, NY, Susan Kelly of East Alton, IL and Maureen Kelly and her fiancé, Mark Gordon of Granite City, IL. She was the beloved Granny of 9: Ryan, Kyle and Shea McAuley, Gavan Kelly, Zachary and Haile Nolan, Jessica and Jacob Kelly and Lindsay Breault and Great-Granny of Matthew Ploof, Jr. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Doris Warmuth and her sister, Marlene Davis. Relatives and friends may call Friday, January 10, 2014 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin St., Ticonderoga. A Celebration of her life will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home. The Rev. Scott Tyler, Pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Ticonderoga, will officiate.
