Rotterdam, NY - Carolyn M. Warren 92 died Friday November 30, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. Born and educated in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late William and Caroline (Motorstock) Thorpe and a graduate of Nott Terrace High School and Mildred Ellie Business School. An executive Assistant for the NYS Assembly in Albany for 38 years, Carolyn also was the owner operator of the Hague Motel in Hague, NY for 31 years. She was a former member of the Trinity Reformed Church and the Schenectady Home Bureau. Predeceased in 1978 by her husband of 36 years John R. Warren and 3 siblings, she is survived by her children, Candyce J. Proper (Allen) of Rotterdam, Melanie J. Hagin (Gary) of Edinburgh, Robin J. Montgomery (BruceBattease) of Ticonderoga, Dennis J. Warren (Bonnie) of Palmetto, Fl., Michael J. Warren (Phuong) of Rotterdam and Marc J. Warren of Ticonderoga, 30 grandchildren 27 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many dear and loved blended family members.
